WARTO SIĘ ŚMIAĆ

Dzis mam dla Was serię dowcipów o mężczyznach:) Zaczynamy.

- Płyńmy do niej!
Na to czterdziestolatek:
- Spokojnie Panowie, zbudujmy najpierw tratwę.
A siedemdziesięciolatek:

- Ponieważ pozwala im to zaoszczędzić dużo czasu.

- Facet.

Dlaczego faceci lubią mądre kobiety?
- Przeciwieństwa się przyciągają.

Dlaczego mężczyźni tak lubią kawały o blondynkach?
- Bo mogą je zrozumieć

Jaki rodzaj sportu mężczyźni najchętniej uprawiają na plaży?
- Wciąganie brzucha na widok każdej młodej dziewczyny w bikini.

Dlaczego wród załogi astronautów jest zawsze kobieta?
- Bo kiedy załoga zgubi się w kosmosie, kobieta przynajmniej zapyta o drogę.

Dlaczego mężczyzna ma dziurkę na końcu penisa?
- Żeby tlen miał którędy dotrzeć do mózgu.

- Podniesienie nogi tak, by kobieta mogła poodkurzać.

W KAZDYM POLOZENIU

TRZYMAM KCIUKI

Za tyle rzeczy możemy dziękować,
za tyle rzeczy powinnismy być wdzięczni,
a tymczasem....
błądzimy,
niszczymy, obymy zdążyli się obudzić.
A wystarczy popatrzeć wokół,
nastawić ucha i nasze wielkie życiowe kłody
są niczym w porównaniu z cierpieniem innych,
stają się jak cieńkie gałązki
w cieniu prawdziwych problemów jakim na codzień muszą stawiać czoła, ci
co żyją tuz obok nas i doswiadczają swego bólu w milczeniu.
TRZYMAM KCIUKI!!!

LET'S SMILE

LITTLE GIRL ON A PLANE

A Congressman was seated next to a little girl on an airplane so
he turned to her and said, "Do you want to talk? Flights go
quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow
passenger."

The little girl, who had just started to read her book, replied
to the total stranger, "What would you want to talk about?"

"Oh, I don't know," said the congressman. "How about global
warming, universal health care, or stimulus packages?" as he
smiled smugly.

"OK," she said. "Those could be interesting topics but let me
ask you a question first. A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat
the same stuff - grass. Yet a deer excretes little pellets,
while a cow turns out a flat patty, but a horse produces clumps.
Why do you suppose that is?"

The legislator, visibly surprised by the little girl's
intelligence, thinks about it and says, "Hmmm, I have no idea."

To which the little girl replies, "Do you really feel qualified
to discuss global warming, universal health care, or the
economy, when you don't know shit?" and, then she went back to
reading her book.

MODLITWA

Jesien prawie zawsze zaraża nostalgią, sklania do refleksji, zaprasza w gląb siebie.

I spokój o każdy nasz dzień
Gdzie takie szczęście do łez
Ciągle pytasz bo myślisz,że wiem

ref. Zatrzymaj mnie nie daj mi odejść
Zapomnę cię nie będzie już nic
Cienie we mgle jak znajdę drogę
Jutro już nikt a dziś jeszcze my

Gdzie twój stęskniony szept
Bym cię zawsze przytulał do snu
Dziś wszystko podzielić chcesz
Lecz miłości nie przetniesz na pół

ref. Zatrzymaj mnie nie daj mi odejść
Zapomnę cię nie będzie już nic
Cienie we mgle jak znajdę drogę
Jutro już nikt a dziś jeszcze my

Gdzie to jest? Już mnie nie pytaj
Naprawdę nie wiem
Gdzie to jest? Może gdzieś w nas
A może tu

ref. Zatrzymaj mnie nie daj mi odejść
Zapomnę cię nie będzie już nic
Cienie we mgle jak znajdę drogę
Jutro już nikt a dziś jeszcze my

Zatrzymaj mnie
Cienie we mgle-jak znajdę drogę
Dziś jeszcze my

BARWY JESIENI

Barwnym tiulem otulona
idzie jesień w pełnej krasie,
złotych jabłek i czerwonych,
ma w koszyku w swym zapasie.

W czarne włosy ma wplecione
cudne kiście jarzębiny,
i otula snem głębokim,
drzewa, kwiaty, pola, niwy.
Brzóz ramiona zwisające
wiatr porywa i unosi
i kłaniając się jej nisko,
do tańca ją pięknie prosi.
Rozśpiewana, rozmarzona,
roztańczona pani jesień,
astrów, malw i chryzantem
bukiety nam niesie.

W sadach jabłka na jabłoniach
maluje czerwienią,
klony zlotem obsypuje,
a sosny zielenią.

WSTAWAJ, MUSIMY SIE ZMIERZYC ZE SWIATEM :)

Mezo "Wstawaj"
Wstawaj, kolejny dzień zmagań
Wstawaj, kolejny dzień, musisz mu sens nadać
Kawa pomaga, aby serce szybciej zabiło
Wszystko co masz: praca, miłość
To wprawia cię w ruch, sprawia, że znów
Rezygnujesz ze snu, by usunąć pare kół spod nóg
A dziś kolejny egzamin,
A zanim go zdasz będziesz bił się z myślami
Bo na co dzień ciężko znaleźć bodziec
I ciężko iść ścieżką, by żyć z sobą w zgodzie
To kolejna z wojen, którą toczę robiąc swoje
Niepokoje, a życie kręci się swoim torem
Dlaczego Bóg akceptuje taką losu kolej?
Wiele osób mówi: „Olej tęskliwe chwile,
Chwytaj, za dużo pytań, za dużo czytasz”
Przecież to moja praca, moja miłość,

Przechodzi agresja, przychodzi refleksja
Tłumy chcą wreszcie odświeżyć umysł
Uśpione dobro, godność, człowieczeństwo
Często zapominamy o nim w pogoni za pensją
Rzadko wychodzimy ponad swą kruchość
Dotychczas głusi, nagle nadstawiamy ucho
Rzucamy wszystko, ruszamy z misją
Słyszymy głos blisko, idziemy za tą intuicją
Ruszamy z miejsca, by się poświęcać
Prawdziwie zwyciężać, czujemy to w sercach
W sumieniach czujemy, stajemy się lepsi
Choć świat przynosi codziennie złe wieści

DOSZUKUJ SIE DOBRA

PERCEPTION

In Washington , DC , at a Metro Station, on a cold January morning in 2007, this man with a violin played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, approximately 2,000 people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.
After about 3 minutes:
a middle-aged man noticed that there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds, and then he hurried on to meet his schedule.

About 4 minutes later:
The violinist received his first dollar. A woman threw money in the hat and, without stopping, continued to walk.

At 6 minutes:
A young man leaned against the wall to listen to him, then looked at his watch and started to walk again.

At 10 minutes:
A 3-year old boy stopped, but his mother tugged him along hurriedly. The kid stopped to look at the violinist again, but the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk, turning his head the whole time. This action was repeated by several other children, but every parent - without exception - forced their children to move on quickly.

At 45 minutes:
The musician played continuously. Only 6 people stopped and listened for a short while. About 20 gave money but continued to walk at their normal pace. The man collected a total of $32.

After 1 hour:
He finished playing and silence took over. No one noticed and no one applauded.
There was no recognition at all.

No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the greatest musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, with a violin worth $3.5 million dollars. Two days before, Joshua Bell sold-out a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100 each to sit and listen to him play the same music.

This is a true story. Joshua Bell, playing incognito in the D.C. Metro Station, was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste and people's priorities.
This experiment raised several questions:

*In a common-place environment, at an inappropriate hour, do we perceive beauty?

*If so, do we stop to appreciate it?

*Do we recognize talent in an unexpected context?

One possible conclusion reached from this experiment could be this:
If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world, playing some of the finest music ever written, with one of the most beautiful instruments ever made . . .
How many other things are we missing as we rush through life?
Stop, hug a friend, smell the roses and love someone
dearly!

CZY TEN PANI I PANI

Jakis czas temu w moje rece "trafila" nowa plyta Ani Wyszkoni " Pan i Pani".
Dopieszczona, kobieca, delikatna, rytmiczna, spokojna, kojaca, zachecajaca do zycia, pelna optymizmu i nadziei.
Ponizej tekst jednej z moich ulubionych piosenek z tej plyty: "Piosenka z plakatu"

Muzyka: K. Goździk
Słowa: A. Wyszkoni

Znów nie mogę w nocy spać
I wymyślam lepszy świat
Kiedyś powiedziałeś mi
że ten świat to ja i Ty

nie otworzę
choćbyś wydrapał „przepraszam” na mych drzwiach
nie otworzę
dziś nie chcę widzieć cię nawet w moich snach

tyle razy chciałam biec
a ty zatrzymałeś mnie
wciąż czekałam na ten dzień
w którym miałeś zmienić się...

nie otworzę
choćbyś wydrapał „przepraszam” na mych drzwiach
nie otworzę
dziś nie chcę widzieć cię nawet w moich snach

Nigdy nie wiesz czego chcesz
ciągle piszesz ten swój wiersz
Kwiatów nie przynosisz mi
nawet w wyjątkowe dni

NIE LĘKAJ SIĘ

ROSE

The first day of school our professor introduced himself and challenged us to get to know someone we didn't already know. I stood up to look around when a gentle hand touched my shoulder.

I turned around to find a wrinkled, little old lady beaming up at me with a smile that lit up her entire being.

She said, 'Hi handsome.. My name is Rose. I'm eighty-seven years old. Can I give you a hug?'

I laughed and enthusiastically responded, 'Of course you may!' and she gave me a giant squeeze.

'Why are you in college at such a young, innocent age?' I asked.

She jokingly replied, 'I'm here to meet a rich husband, get married, and have a couple of kids...'

'No seriously,' I asked. I was curious what may have motivated her to be taking on this challenge at her age.

'I always dreamed of having a college education and now I'm getting one!' she told me.

After class we walked to the student union building and shared a chocolate milkshake..

We became instant friends. Every day for the next three months we would leave class together and talk nonstop. I was always mesmerized listening to this 'time machine' as she shared her wisdom and experience with me..

Over the course of the year, Rose became a campus icon and she easily made friends wherever she went. She loved to dress up and she reveled in the attention bestowed upon her from the other students. She was living it up.

At the end of the semester we invited Rose to speak at our football banquet. I'll never forget what she taught us. She was introduced and stepped up to the podium. As she began to deliver her prepared speech, she dropped her three by five cards on the floor.

Frustrated and a little embarrassed she leaned into the microphone and simply said, 'I'm sorry I'm so jittery.... I gave up beer for Lent and this whiskey is killing me! I'll never get my speech back in order so let me just tell you what I know.'

As we laughed she cleared her throat and began, 'We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing.

There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day. You've got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die.

We have so many people walking around who are dead and don't even know it!

There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up.

If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don't do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old. If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything I will turn eighty-eight.

Anybody can grow older... That doesn't take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change. Have no regrets.

The elderly usually don't have regrets for what we did, but rather for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets.'

She concluded her speech by courageously singing 'The Rose.'

She challenged each of us to study the lyrics and live them out in our daily lives. At the year' s end Rose finished the college degree she had begun all those years ago.

One week after graduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep.

Over two thousand college students attended her funeral in tribute to the wonderful woman who taught by example that it's never too late to be all you can possibly be.

When you finish reading this, please send this peaceful word of advice to your friends and family, they'll really enjoy it!

These words have been passed along in loving memory of ROSE.
REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL. We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give.

God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage. If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.

'Good friends are like stars..........You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.'

Zawsze z ochota wspierala promowanie akcji wielu polonijnych organizacji charytatywnych, gotowa by sluzyc soba, by sluzyc innym swoim glosem.
Spoczywaj w pokoju Marylu.

BEING A MOTHER...

BEING A MOTHER...

After 26 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to
take another woman out to dinner and a movie. She
said, "I love you, but I know this other woman loves
you and would love to spend some time with you."
* * *
The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit
was my MOTHER, who has been alone for 11 years,
but the demands of my work and my children had
made it possible to visit her only occasionally.
* * *
That night I called to invite her to go out for
dinner and a movie.
* * *
"What's wrong, aren't you well,' she asked?
* * *
My mother is the type of woman who suspects that a
late night call or a surprise invitation is a sign
of bad news.
* * *
"I thought it would be nice to spend some
time with you," I responded. "Just the two of us."
She said, "I would like that very much."
* * *
That Friday as I drove over to pick
her up I was a bit nervous. When I arrived , I noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous
about our 'date.' She waited in the door. She had fixed her hair nicely and was wearing the
outfit that she had worn to celebrate her last
birthday.
* * *
She smiled from a face that was as radiant as an
angel's. Mom said: "I told my friends that I was going to go
out with my son, and they were impressed," she said,
as she got into my vehicle. "They can't wait to hear about our date."
* * *
We went to a restaurant that, although not
elegant, was very nice and cozy. My mother took my
arm as if she were the First Lady. After we sat
down, I had to read the menu. Her eyes could only
read large print. Half way through the entries, I
lifted my eyes and saw Mom sitting there staring at
me. A nostalgic smile was on her lips. "It was I
who used to have to read the menu when you were
small," she said. I responded, "then it's time that you relax and
let me return the favor."
* * *
During the dinner, we had such a nice conversation- -nothing extraordinary, but catching up
on events of each other's life. We talked so much that we missed the movie.
* * *
As we arrived at her house later, she said,
"I'll go out with you again, but only if you let me
invite you." I agreed.
* * *
"How was your dinner date?"
asked my wife when I got home.
"Very nice; much more than I could have imagined,"
I answered.
* * *
A few days later, my mother died of a massive
heart attack. It happened so suddenly that I didn't
have a chance to do anything for her.
* * *
Some time later, I received an envelope with a
copy of a restaurant receipt from the same place
mother and I had dined. An attached note said: "I
paid this bill in advance. I wasn't sure that I
could be there; but nevertheless, I paid for two
plates - one for you and the other for your wife.
You will never know what that night meant for me.
I love you, son."
* * *
At that moment, I understood the importance of
saying in time: "I LOVE YOU" and to give our loved
ones the time that they deserve. Nothing in life is
more important than your family. Give them the time
they deserve, because these things cannot be put off
till 'some other time.'
* * *
Somebody said it takes about six weeks to get back
to normal after you've had a baby....somebody
doesn't know that once you're a mother,
'normal' is history.
* * *
Somebody said you learn how to be a mother by
instinct...somebody never took a three-year-old shopping.
* * *
Somebody said being a mother is boring....
somebody never rode in a car driven by a teenager with a driver's permit.
Somebody said if you're a'good' mother,
your child will 'turn out good'....
somebody thinks a child comes with
directions and a guarantee.
* * *
Somebody said you don't need an education to be a
mother...somebody never helped a fourth grader
with their math.
* * *
Somebody said you can't love the second child as
much as you love the first...somebody doesn't
have more than one child.
* * *
Somebody said the hardest part of being a mother
is labor and delivery...
somebody never watched her 'baby' go to their
first day of school...
or head off to university, or move away from home.
* * *
Somebody said a mother can stop worrying after her
child gets married...somebody doesn't know that
marriage adds a new son or daughter-in- law to a
mother's heartstrings.
* * *
Somebody said a mother's job is done when
her last child leaves home...

somebody never had grandchildren.
* * *
Somebody said your mother knows you love her, so
you don't need to tell her...
somebody isn't a mother.

This message should be passed along to all the 'mothers' in your life
and to everyone who ever had a mother. This isn't
just about being a mother; it's about appreciating
all the people in your life while you have them...no
matter who that person is.

THE POWER OF WOMAN - WHY I LOVE MOM

Mom and Dad were watching TV when Mom said, 'I'm tired, and it's getting late. I think I'll go to bed'.
She went to the kitchen to make sandwiches for the next day's lunches.Rinsed out the popcorn bowls,took meat out of the freezer for supper the following evening, checked the cereal box levels, filled the sugarcontainer, put spoons and bowls on the table and started the coffee pot for brewing the next morning.She then put some wet clothes in the dryer, put a load of clothes into the washer , ironed a shirt and secured a loose button. She picked up the game pieces left on the table, put the phone back on the charger and put the telephone book into the drawer.She watered the plants, emptied a wastebasket and hung up a towel to dry.

She yawned and stretched and headed for the bedroom. She stopped by the desk, wrote a note to the teacher,counted out some cash for the field trip, and pulled a text book out from hiding under the chair

She signed a birthday card for a friend, addressed and stamped the envelope and wrote a quick note for the grocery store. She put both near her purse.

Mom then washed her face with 3 in 1 cleanser, put on her Night solution & age fighting moisturiz er, brushed and flossed her teeth and filed her nails..
Dad called out, 'I thought you were going to bed...'
'I'm on my way,' she said
She put some water into the dog's dishthen made sure the doors were locked and the patio light was on.
She looked in on each of the kids and turned out their bedside lamps and TV's , hung up a shirt,threw some dirty socks into the hamper, and had a brief conversation with the one up still doing homework. In her own room, she set the alarm ; laid out clothing for the next day, straightened up the shoe rack. She added three things to her 6 most important things to do list. She said her prayers, and visualized the accomplishment of her goals.
About that time, Dad turned off the TV and announced to no one in particular. 'I'm going to bed.

And he did. without another thoughT.

Anything extraordinary here? Wonder why women live longer...?
Cause we are made for the long haul....(and we can't die sooner, we still have things to do!!!!)
